Signs & Such Installation Company accepts the following Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Prepaid Company Check, and Cashier Check or Money Order.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within the state of Kentucky will be charged the applicable sales tax.

Returns

Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns and warranties. All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refund on electrical items, special orders or items over 30 days old (this term is based on sales invoice date). No returns accepted without an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Manufacturer warranty ONLY.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. This applies to only merchandise that can still be returned and is resalable.

Change Orders

You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during business hours to change your order.
